Hey, did you sync the steering lock before backing up data and generating key or do you generate the key first, turn on the car, then sync?

you shoudl not need a locksmith license,,i mean we demand that car manufactures share their data with the public,,yet certain branches like locksmithing requires you to be licesnced,,,makes no sense,,anyone should be able to do it,,,dont tell me someone with criminal intent can abuse this,,,they will abuse it no matter what,,,the only one it hurts is the average person,,,who looking to save money,,,

Have you ever seen one of these modules cause drivability issus and set a P0628 fuel pump low voltage code? I've been chasing this issue for days on my daily driver that is now parked. Also, the inside and outside lights flicker while its running. Originally I thought I had a failing alternator so I replaced it. That did not fix my issue. Then I went through and cleaned all of my grounds since I live in the rust belt and the frame is crusty. Still no change... I'm sort of lost at this point and I would be grateful for any helpful suggestions. This is on a 2012 Sierra 2500HD with the 6.0 gas engine.

I seen another video you uploaded and you said you can program 6t70 tcm but will need to old tcm to clone. Well the original tcm i had got thrown out so it can't be cloned. What should I do? I got a used one off the junk yard and car only stays in one gear. These codes pop up 0967 p0971 p2721 p2730. I'm not sure if the tcm is bad or it just need to be reprogrammed.

For pin 50 at the ECM or pin 13 at the FSCM, should the voltage reading be equal to battery voltage? I am back probing and with the key ON the voltage is around 1 Volt less than battery voltage. Truck runs but I am getting P069E current code, P069E pending code and P0231 in Freeze Frame

May also be the module if your wires are good.

My sisters 2014 gen 3 prius all smart key and remote lock funtions do not work. We have to use the emergency key to unlock the door. To start the car, the key fob needs to be pressed against the start button. Key fob battery volage on both fobs is just above 3 volts. Press the buttons on the fob the fob light comes on. Key fob near or in the car does not cause the fob light to blink. Note: A remote after-market starter that had stopped working was removed. This did not fix the problem. I picked up a used Certification module off of Ebay. I also have Autel KM100 key programming tool. Is the module communication different when key fob held by the start button versus fob proximity starting? Using my Xtool D8 scanner yielded no fault codes.

Been holding my 2005 BCM from the junkyard for so long and I’m so scared to get it virginized. It sucks because they are rare and vital to the car’s system.

Have a similar issue with a customers car. CT200h hybrid 2013 I believe. I’ve done the steering lock and module sync and have a new smart box with no luck. I am able to get the ignition on with the analog fob, but can’t get it to go into gear or turn completely on. I’m wondering if my Ecu is bad at this point. Customers battery went dead, customer changed battery and now it’s been dead ever since then. Can’t add a key or do all keys lost. Add key works but quickly skips over the step to scan new key and says success. Super big headache!

If your key didn't work it's because super chips rarely work with the im608. Not sure why, I used to use tango for these. Wny didn't you just solder to it with your autel xp400 then read, generate and write file back with one tool? For the remote the only tool that works is the kr55

Do you have any recommendations for a 2018 GMC Sierra 2500 L5P that when put into reverse the "R" on the display starts blinking and the truck won't go into reverse? I just changed the TCM fuse. Omg... i haven't driven my yukon in 5 years because of this! Thank you. I was trying to find a way to just cut the hazard wires or bypass it somehow. Hopefully taking it out maybe it will work. Or get a new one lol do you know the name of the hazard button or switch part you pulled out?
